Delivering Research Excellence
28th October 2015
The NHS Research Scotland (NRS) Annual Conference took place on Wednesday 28 October 2015. Now in its fourth year, the event is firmly established as Scotland’s leading clinical research conference; and our 2015 conference was the largest held to date with over 400 delegates from across NHS, academia, industry and third sector.
Held in the new surroundings of the Queen Elizabeth Teaching and Learning Centre, the conference showcased the best examples of clinical research across Scotland, and explored key opportunities and challenges for the sector, now and in the future.
Delivering Research Excellence was the core theme of the day and guided by feedback from the research community, the programme was designed to not only showcase our approach to emerging areas of science and delivery of high profile clinical trials; but to also explore our supporting infrastructures, funding opportunities, and strengthening links with industry.
A great range of speakers, exhibitors and poster authors contributed to an inspiring day.
Presentations are now available via the conference website.
